Rhythmic Programs for All Levels
  • /Beginner and Intermediate
Our beginner classes are a great starting point for girls with little to no prior experience in rhythmic gymnastics. These classes introduce the basics of flexibility, coordination, and apparatus handling in a fun and supportive environment.

We offer beginner classes for the following age groups:
    • Ages 4–6
    • Ages 6–12
For gymnasts (ages 7–12) who have some experience and are ready for the next step, we also offer an intermediate class that builds on foundational skills and prepares athletes for potential advancement.
  • /Pre-Team
Pre-Team is an intensive, non-competitive program for girls ages 5–8, focused on developing the strength, flexibility, coordination, and foundational skills needed for rhythmic gymnastics. This group does not participate in competitions.

At the end of the season, athletes may be evaluated for placement into one of our next level programs: Xcel 3 or Level 3 (DVP). Participation in Pre-Team is by invitation only.
  • /Xcel
The Xcel program offers a flexible, competitive pathway for rhythmic gymnasts of all backgrounds and ages (8-16 years). It's ideal for athletes seeking a more balanced training schedule or those involved in other extracurricular activities. The Xcel program allows gymnasts to experience the joy of competition in an official USA Gymnastics setting. The program emphasizes personal growth, confidence, and physical activity, focusing on progress over placement in a supportive, fun environment.

Bravo’s Xcel program is divided into three classes:
    • Xcel 3– Beginner
    • Xcel 2– Intermediate
    • Xcel 1– Advanced
All Xcel gymnasts are expected to compete throughout the season. The competition season is from December- May. There are a total of about 3-5 competitions per year. Each level is designed to match athletes with appropriate challenges and opportunities to grow.
  • /FIG & DVP
The Developmental and FIG teams at Bravo are for athletes who show strong potential and a serious commitment to rhythmic gymnastics. This program includes Levels 3–10 and is by invitation only.

Gymnasts in this program train at a higher intensity and regularly compete at local, regional, and national competitions. These teams are focused on building advanced skills, consistency, and performance quality in a competitive setting.
